Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Domestic- All items are shipped via USPS first class mail. We ship priority when over 3 items are purchased. All items ordered will ship together. We do not combine multiple purchases. We will not ship any items by themselves unless requested via email and extra shipping is paid for. If your order is over one pound it will also ship priority.

WILD RICH KIDS is not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. Once you receive a tracking number the package is shipped and in transit, it is out of our hands and you will need to contact your local post office if this happens. We do not send replacement items as fabric is often completely sold out and no extra to remake any item.

 

Cancellations:

Once your order is placed, you may not CANCEL an order after 24 hours. After 24 hours the order is already account for.

 

Returns:

All sales final- there is no extra fabric for exchanges at this time.

We do offer exchanges for UNWORN and UNWASHED items, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange to be valid.

We will happily give you shop credit towards a future purchase in the amount paid. We do not offer CASH refunds after orders are placed/received.
