  • How long will it take to ship my order?  
Please note, each and every item is handmade and processed AFTER your order is made unless specified as ready to ship.  Please allow 3 to 5 full weeks to make all items- Shipping will take up to the 6th week to begin shipping.
NOT INCLUDING WEEK END DAYS
  • Will I receive a tracking number?
All tracking numbers automatically will be sent once item is shipped, please sign up for an account to keep updates on your orders. Check your spam if need be.
 
  • Do you ship international?  
Yes, but we are not responsible for any orders once items are shipped.
  • What if our mail is lost after shipped?
We are not responsible for any mail lost, stolen or damaged by USPS - Please add insurance to your order if you would like your purchase shipped with coverage. You can email us and pay for additional insurance if wanted.
  • What is your return policy? 
We currently do not offer cash returns.
Returns are given shop credit only.  
  • What happens if I received the wrong or flawed item?  
Contact us with your order number and the incorrect item received. 
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
 
  • EXCHANGES MUST BE PROCESSED/SHIPPED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE RETURN LABEL*
